Default Figured I'd share a few photos of my E28 B7 Turbo/1 #0083

Been a while since I've posted anything about the car on here, but I figured I should keep you informed of the progress. Been pretty busy with work and other commitments on top of working on the car. I've had a "build thread" of sorts on MyE28.com, so I've kept that one up to date. If you're interested, it's here:

http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?t=95806

I had the few bits of bodywork done and the entire car has been painted. Every piece of trim on the outside of the car is new. Inside, it's got a crack-free dashboard and a new headliner. I found the original rear speakers and am still looking for the fronts (Pioneer TS-465).

Anyway, here's what it looks like now. I still have work to do underneath refreshing the subframes and such, but it's a solid car mechanically. Nice to drive, too.

Here it is at a clean-car contest in San Diego, CA. Missed 3rd place by .5 points.

I didn't take the photo.

Mmmmmm..the car looks great. Congrats!

Have you seen the Petrolicious video on the E28? It doesn't feature an Alpina, but it's still good

Gorgeous Alpina! I cant imagine what would beat that at a clean-car contest!

Are those the original wheels? I'm surprised how much of a lip there is on an "older" wheel.
