Default B10 Biturbo fluids

Need to do a flush and refill on just about everything. What fluids do you recommend for:
-coolant
-transmission fluid
-final drive oil
-engine oil
-power steering fluid

coolant: standard BMW blue coolant, either genuine BMW or Pentosin, total capacity is 12 litres, use 50/50 distilled water
transmission: 75w90 gear oil, 1.8 litres
differential: Castrol SAF XJ, has special LSD fluid in it, dealer only, part 83 22 2 282 583, this stuff is expensive, you will need 2.0 litres, each bottle is 500 ml and is around $40 each, that means $160!!
engine oil: Castrol 10W60, 6 litres
power steering / self leveling: Pentosin 11s or Febi Bilstein S6161

I buy my fluids from Bavarian Auto in the US (except the diff fluid).

For the diff, you will need new sealing rings (2 each) for the banjo bolt leading to the cooler. The large one (drain) is 22 mm ID and the smaller one (fill) is 14 mm ID.
