Default Won't shift properly unless engine off

My 92 Biturbo has been getting more difficult to shift. Now its at the stage where I can only get into gear (reverse and 1 through 5) easily if the engine is off, or at high speed.

It does seem to be a little better after things have warmed up, but still not where it should be.

Any thoughts? New clutch in my future?

Sounds like the clutch is not disengaging completely, might be the hydraulic slave or master cylinder that is going.

Mine does this too, but having problems with 1st only.

It definitely is not disengaging sometimes, especially in reverse. Thanks for the suggestion.
