New from No. California
Hello, all. Having driven trucks/SUVs for 20 years, it was time for a proper car. My wife loves her M4, but I want 4 doors, and just couldn't configure anything at BMW (my favorite German) to my liking. Until I saw the light ...
So I'm (not very) patiently waiting for delivery of my B6 in Alpina Blue/Amaro. Ordered it 8/3. The website shows "end of production," which I am told means the BMW portion; so it's now in Alpina's hands. Should be here by mid-February, I hope. The 6GC is the best looking car BMW makes, and I'm sorry to hear that it's days are numbered. (I understand it will re-emerge as an 8 series.) That makes grabbing one of the last ones as an Alpina especially sweet. Any other owners/fans in NorCal? Im about an hour north of SF. There is a black/black B6 in the area, and an occasional B7, but that's all I recall seeing over the past year or two ... Last edited by brooke; 12-11-2016 at 04:18 AM. |

Welcome to the forum Brooke, I think you may be the first 6GC owner here. We'll look forward to some pics when you take delivery.
