The B8 is gone

I still have the B8 the guy bailed . He called around to BMW dealers in Alberta and BC and they all told him my B8 was only worth at best 16k . Im picturing the call . Hi im thinking of getting a Alpina B8 and im trying to find out the value . A what? Its a Alpina B8 . Oh ok well never heard of it but im sure its only worth 16k .
Its ok , the heat i took from my wife doing the trade wasnt worth it lol . I have since painted the front lip and when my new decals get here next week the B8 will look perfect .
Looks like a fun trip u had in the mountains

That sucks...did you get a deposit from the guy? Have you had an appraisal done on the car? I think mine is worth more than that, and yours is WAY cleaner than mine. I wouldn't be calling BMW to get a value on the car. They won't even know what it is (as you mentioned). Clean E36 M3's will sell for somewhere in the 13k range, so there's no way your B8 is only worth 16k.

I still have the B8 . I do have a nova but not that one in the pics . I bought a 63 nova and over the winter im restoring it . Im building it with 400hp sbc with a 4 speed . So far i have welded in new floors and ordered new front suspension and disc brakes . Its alot of fun .
Its a good thing the dude backed out of the deal , i noticed he is trying to dump his nova for 14k .
