I don't run my BT hard until the oil is at operating temperature, around 90 celsius.

For cool down, I also try and do a "cool down lap" before shutting it down. What I mean is the last 3-5 minutes of my trip, I'm light on the throttle. If this is not possible, then I let it idle for about 2 minutes before turning it off.

I also pop the hood and let the heat escape as those turbos really get the engine bay hot!
